This time around, no groups, no seeds. Just a random draw of 16 head-to-heads with the gimmick that whoever wins each round then wears the outfit of their defeated foe in the next round!
Hopefully we'll end up with some interesting combos by the end.
As for when voting begins, probably middle to end of January. Meanwhile, have your two 2021 finalists doing the thing.
