Added 2020-01-14 23:54:23 +0000 UTCSome days I designate for myself to do whatever and just wander. I wake up really early, pack my backpack with snacks, load my film, and get a goin'. This week's edition of wandering involved dropping my car off for an oil change, taking the bus downtown Oakland, getting a bagel, hopping on that Bart and making my way downtown. I got off at Montgomery and wandered around ten miles before making it to the Mission.
It was a simple day searching for nice spots of light and pretty patches of color. I brought along a few cameras and went slow. A pocket full of joints and a few coffees, it was a good days. I made a few friends and got a few new freckles. Gosh darn it was almost 70. California in January.
