Desert Bazaar
Added 2020-03-28 15:47:24 +0000 UTCHello everyone! This week's map is the Desert Bazaar (24x22), another map that was highly voted-for in the last poll. Better yet, I worked alongside James Webster of James' RPG Art for this map, and he's made a 1st person painting to go alongside it. His version is extremely helpful to have on hand as it helps convey the player's view of a map while also expressing the hustle and bustle of a bazaar without you having to say a word! You can check out his version on his Instagram or Patreon, and take a look at his other work as well while you're there- he really does make excellent stuff.
Next week I'll be making a map of my choice, so probably something forest-y or with a river cutting through, so something Animal Crossing-ish. I haven't figured it out yet but I don't doubt I'll come up with something good between then and now, so be sure to stop by!

Wow, this map would have been perfect for an encounter I had about 6+ months ago in my desert city of Rabalat. Shame I didn't know about this Patreon sooner (I actually found NP through a Duck Duck Go search). These maps are all excellent and I can't wait to use a few more for my current desert campaign arch!
