Relaxing
Added 2020-11-06 05:30:05 +0000 UTCThe smaller sized copies of this fun practice/personal piece I finished today! I felt like I needed to practice some more anthro and muscles, and while being distracted by election stuff, this helped me relax!
I'm going to be resuming work tomorrow, though! No more time for messing around with practice/personal pieces. I've got your YCH to finally finish, corwolf, and some NSFW extras to add onto someones anthro reference!
There are a few different versions! A slightly clothed/covered one, a natural/sheathed one, and two nsfw alternates.
It's not a perfect piece, although I rarely feel like anything I do is perfect, but I am happy with it! It was fun and a good learning experience :)
I'll be uploading small sized copies after this, and the clothed/loincloth version to furaffinity!
I prefer my anthros nude/natural usually, but if they must wear clothing then basic old school types of attire work!

Thank you!! :) And you're absolutely right- with such a thick double coat like this, you shouldn't see so much muscle definition. Normally, if it were realistic, the fur would pad over it like you mention and not be nearly as defined! I really enjoy painting that chiseled/defined look of the muscles though, and so I add it in anyway for some self indulgence XD Although I do acknowledge it's not a realistic effect! So technically the muscles on him should be way less visible, but I'm bad and want the dopamine from shading them.

Is it okay if I remark that I feel a furry body would be slightly less... I dunno, chiselled? Like the way a dog with medium-length fur can have visible muscular structure in their hindleg without showing hard-edged creases, maybe...
