Excellent, I've seen other stories where Fire Mages work like that too-- the more fire they set and spread within an area, the more things burning, the more environmental fire they can work with to kindle even bigger and more difficult to resist spells.

2025-12-08 21:06:15 +0000 UTCI see this turning into a self-feeding cycle of ever-growing fire magic. The fire spreads on its own, gather it up into a stronger attack, BOOM! Fire continues to spread more, gather it up... Rinse and repeat until you're dropping nukes and everything within 100 miles is dead and charcoal/Nipper food.
