Added 2021-03-19 20:46:09 +0000 UTCLillia nerf is quite big but champ is still strong in other aspects like clearing, counterjgling, skirmishes, just means u have to be a little bit more careful with wasting ult before drakes etc.
Hecarim nerf is really big IMO, spamable spell and should nerf the tank build really hard.
Karthus nerfed again, and his dueling is nerfed too + ravenous hunter = rip for karthus so he is even more vulnerable to invades from xin zhao kindred nidalee etc.
Voli jg is back probably.
Champs like NIdalee, Rengar, Khazix got buffed this game cus laners / jglers will be more vulnerable to invades due to nerf to seekers and verdant barrier.
Ludens change is really nice for lillia and taliyah maybe? especially taliyah, think she can get alot of procs.
I put nidalee up a tier because she can abuse all these changes mentioned above.
I think xin zhao will be OP this patch, but next patch probably a bit weaker cus people know how he works, but first days of the patch enjoy free elo
