In general i think its a good change cus the amount of lifesteal you got was overkill and getting more ad = more dmg which means more lifesteal so.
The ravenous hunter nerf hurts alot of ADCs, like caitlyn really liked the free sustain she got. Alot of champs will go back to inspiration/sorcery second now, even vayne might not like ravenous hunter anymore.
The adc rankings will stay the same, i dont think these changes make a champ go up a tier or down.
