Annie nerfs, dont matter too much u usually spam Q, not W so mana nerfs dont matter + protobelt buff helps her more than the nerf hurts her.

Orianna nerf is quite big, especially in already hard matchups like Irelia, Sylas, Ekko kinda things. still recommend playing her though, not enough of a nerf.

Cassiopeia has more issues going on, these E buffs wont make her viable, but will obviously help.

Leblanc continues to get buffed, and lee sin gets buffed too bringing the deadly duo back, Orianna being more squishy and enemy jungle champions tend to start being more squishy cus nerfs to hecarim udyr means leblanc is up a tier.

Rumble changes helps him alot vs tanks but hurts him in midlane.

Vladimir is deserving of a spot now, A+, Almost S. Protobelt buffs + buffs to him helps him alot, still countered by likes of Cassio Ryze Orianna etc but a good pick into free scaling matchups and short range teamcomps.

Soraka removed from list for now, think moonstaff meta has gotten nerfed really hard and also think the junglers she liked is alot worse ( olaf, heca, udyr )

Akali up a tier cus of protobelt buffs and meta shifting away from seraphine + tanks.
