Mundo also very dependant on matchup, can be s+ tier.
Gnar nerf is pretty decent, but hes not super high up on my list anyways
Rumble S tier vs tanks maybe? passive looks deadly vs tanks.
Frozen heart buff is nice.
Not sure how strong lee sin top is, it was stronger before all the gorderinker nerfs.
green = easy | blue = medium | red = hard

I think he has stated that choosing a champ you enjoy is most important so that you have fun and are inclined to improve.
