Think champs like leona might make The Chain item very annoying due to the tenacity reduced thingy.
Shurelyas change is biggest change this patch for supports imo, that nerf and recent buffs to moonstone will change itemization, you now have a reason to go moonstone in alot of games.
Moonstone champs buffed basically, less mobility in game too helps them live.
tierlist basically same as last patch since this changes doesnt make any champs go up or down a tier.
