If you pick rell now enemy just picks taric and can fist you early aswell cus of buffs, not worth.
Gragas winrate keeps dropping, he is a champion that can be s+ some games, jsut really good disengage champ (vs rell etc) really bad blindpick.
people are playing more ziggs, bard + leona + naut kind of champs are really good with ziggs, plz dont pick brand etc with ziggs :)
