Soraka nerf doesnt matter that much for adc soraka tbh, her strenght comes from Q poke and healing her support with W.
Varus down a tier , he isnt as bad as his winrate shows but he keeps getting nerfed + the meta doesnt fit him ( alot of assassins and mobile champs with sustain and shields )
lucian up a tier, but he is not far from a+ he has good self peel vs the champs that are meta and his lane is better in most cases due to how he works with all in supports or enchanters compared to teh other champs in a+.
