Patch 11.20 SoloQ Support Tierlist

Amumu got nerfed quite a bit tbh but he doesnt use his mana for anything else but all ins so it shouldnt affect him too much, for soloq his weaknesses dont rly get exposed tbh, he always gets good ults
Mandate buff is nice, helps nami for example be even more obnoxious, Maybe mandate AP maokai support is even better then?
