Main thing to think about this patch is Goredrinker change, Conq , Ingenious hunter buff.

Because of Ingenious hunter buff champs that goes predator and active items, bonus if both got buffed. Examples: Annie And Galio go predator AND active items.

Annie up a tier because of reasons mentioned above

Obviously massive lux buffs but champs like her is hard to play in soloq due to chaos, lack of teamplay and the champs that gets played there she usually struggles vs, im down to put her in S tier but not S+ im 4 wins 0 loss vs lux atm xd

Most of the time you are playing Graves mid vs AP champs sadly so the E change dont rlly matter, i think graves mid is still okay, its not OP its not bad its just whatever, you have push and hope you win.

Anivia with Ingenious hunter predator could be an interesting thing to try maybe

Predator malzahar with ingenious hunter and ludens is quite good too, most games liandy is best still ofc but if vs squishies ludens with ingenious is nice.

Predator rumble buff is great and champs that was able to contest him got nerfed and will be played less ( conq champs + goredrinkers )

Syndra Zoe down a tier cus they were barely S+ and Lux Becoming meta means zoe is a bit worse, thats a decent matchup for lux and very hard for zoe later. And galio is nice into syndra.
