Patch 11.21 SoloQ BOTLANE Tierlist

Xayah probably biggest change this patch, try doign Q max into E max with ER rush into normal build, can do navori 3rd item if u want but will lack dmg imo. you are legit lanebully.
You can play around karthus changes, but u for sure feel it in botlane.
Quite a mana nerf to MF, hurts you on pushouts but regular laning isnt rlly affected, youll feel it if u spam W tho.
Xayah is still a bit cucked by MF , especially comet MF but except for that the Q max lets her win all lanes.
Ingenious hunter buff allows Ezreal to be stronger, with Sheen CD being reduced but more importantly stack tear faster.
Aphelios is lower tier in lower elos _( diamond and below, but in higher he is better imo ( master+)
Green = Easy | blue = medium | red = hard Yellow mark= blindpickable
Added another tier cus some awkward placements.

very easy to win games on if you are human ( wins lanes / worst case goes even ) can roam very well, can stall games and live, you cannot int on jhin you are always useful in soloq. Alot of games arent even about enemy adc Carrying so champs like Jhin Mf that can win lane and hold the game alive is good imo, and you can help your mid alot on these champs.
