Maokai top already struggling vs meta picks like fiora and they nerf him cus of support , unlucky
Renekton giga nerfed from goredrinker and conq so these buffs are fine but dont matter in the sense of ranking.
Riven already high on my ranking, got a bit nerfed with conq and goredrinker changes but these buffs dont change her rating, she is S+ in the right hands and matchup.
Nothing changes in ratings this patch, some champs are getting close to changing, like Akshan is getting up a tier soon if champs keep changing this way ( nerfs to conq champs etc)
