Khazix nerf is quite big, especially considering he was barely S+ already.
Good kayn buff but it wont make u go that form every game.
added another tier to avoid having so many champs in same tier, cus some are clearly better than the others.
Diana seems to struggle to keep up with the new champs introduces to jungle ( assassins ) and the general pace of the game right now with predator mids seems a bit too fast for her so her winrate is really low.
I think hecarim is extremely underrated and is very easy to win games on if you simply farm and gank without risking the game.

bad with afk laners that dont have gank setup, reksai wants to snowball, its hard to do that when your midlaner is playing vladimir instead of TF ryze for example, or your bot is ezreal yuumi
