No tierlist for this patch guys.
Added 2021-11-21 22:16:44 +0000 UTCNo real point in patch tierlist this patch since so much new things and hard to say exactly what you should play, instead ill just say what ive tried and what i think is good / worth trying.
Vladimir Chogath with AP HP items, demonic embrace sounds very good.
Twisted fate with everfrost changes is very good, very cheap build now. ,maybe even glacial.
Crown item seems strong vs champs that cant procc it easily ( VERY BAD VS MAGES )
first strike karthus good, on other champs seems not so good.
Cassiopeia with riftmaker, archangel staff demonic cosmic drive etc seems strong.
In general mages seem more tanky now.
Syndra ( and champs similar ) should jujst buy ludens/everfrost/liandry voidstaff rabadons, no more archangels imo.
Fimbulwinter ryze maybeeee , not sure yet.
