12.1 SoloQ Midlane tierlist

First lets talk about the main change, Teleport.
TP changes basically means that champions that get bailed out of lane from TPing to make  a play such as kassadin, vladimir, katarina type of champs should be alot worse, it also means that champions that use TP to get back to lane has that as their only play to make with tp in early game, such as Veigar, Corki, Anivia, Lux.

So what i think is that champions that already was winning lane can start going heal, ghost etc as their only reason to go TP would be so they can farm in midgame and tp to their team ( Champs like Viktor, Cassio vs melees, syndra , ori etc. )

I think TF is better because enemy cant answer his ult, he also loses a bit of threat cus of the fact he cant TP either but overall a win for him id say.

Oppressive lane mages should be alot better since they can also take combat summoner now, like viktor syndra.

Winrate of champions like Veigar Anivia Lux Malzahar should be lower due to their lack of mobility on the map, tp was helping them connect to plays they couldnt join usually, especially vs assassins.

Vex has been added to the tierlist, very situational champ, she always has good waveclear but she is not very useful when vs champs that outrange her like xerath , syndra etc, because of this she is low on my tierlist.

Asol should be better too due to TP changes, he never went tp himself but got countered by good reactionary TPs.

Xerath is low on the tierlist cus he is very matchup specific BUT there are some good matchups that people always pick right now, like viktor ( only hard lvl 1-3 when he goes aery scorch ) orianna, corki azir malza. main issue for me is that enemy jungle is always qiyana talon zed diana ekko :-)

I think ahri might be interesting this patch as she also doesnt like when enemy TPs to counter her roams and she does well vs some of the champs in meta.

people play more viktor and syndra now, so tristana mid is down a tier, but she is very good vs TF and corki which people play so pick her then

Added kayle back to the list, should be better because of slower games due to tp nerfs, she didnt really use TP offensively so should be good for her.

other massive change is shieldbow wits end nerf, akshan is very sad :-)

Yasuo good vs the mages people are trying to play, good with diana buffs, good with changes to game ( lethal tempo for example )
