Veigar got buffed and is a good answer into some of the meta champs like vex and akali, very strong carry mage atm.
Qiyana nerf is good and welcome, but her kit overall is good enough still.
Yone and Yasuo overall nerfed id say tbh.

Rylais helps Malzahar, thats about it, mainly a change for supports tho.
Malzahar is a bit worse nowadays cus people play corki alot.
Galio down a tier, too many good scaling options vs him and he is so outranged in botlane too by jhin and jinx and meta supports counters him too.
Yellow marker = champs i think are good for blindpicking, there is other champs you can blind ofc but they arent as good.
Green = Easy | blue = medium | red = hard
Veigar is between s+ and s, if you are good veigar its s+.
