Kogmaw mid is sleeper op some games atm, good pick into viktor.
Corki still OP later on, but less impactful now.
Ahri takes LB spot as best ap assassin in mid.
Akshan nerf doesnt matter that much for midlane, compared to toplane. his strength as a midlaner still exists ( push and roam )
Zed is quite happy with these item changes, death dance, black cleaver, maw etc all good changes for him.
Another assassin tier added.
Green = easy | blue = medium | red = hard
yellow = blindpickable

kogmaw do comet manaflow transendence gathering storm biscuit free boots / timewarp depends on lane if u need boots or not. do c pot vs viktor, poke lanes in general, can go d ring vs free lanes. skill W lvl 1 and fight viktor. gg
