Quinn is still a counterpick, but she is veryyy strong now in right matchups like renekton, avoid malphite singed mundo. she is alot stronger cus of BoTRK Buff, W buff, R buff. she is very slept on, Blade into kraken slayer build path.
main thing for top this patch is quinn and items.
Blade buff is pretty big, 100 gold extra isnt that big of a deal compared to the buff. Quinn very happy with this, but other champions like Sett Irelia Jax can sometimes just rush this item and snowball really hard.
The other items losing HP matters more for Junglers than laners, but it still matters.
Renekton for example is very sad to lose this HP, as the hp would help him build fury, keep him alive to cast more spells which really helps him deal damage, compared to a champ that benefits more from just burst rather than HP, like wukong.
I think Aatrox, Riven type of champs are very happy getting more cdr in their early game and late game with stuff like caulfield in early game and more in lategame with buffs to black cleaver etc.
death dance is good for riven etc aswell.
Camille down a tier, item changes not good for her, cant abuse black cleaver change, losing HP is not great for her, cant use blade.
removed the previous champs that was in A carry and moved some of the A+ champs into A carry instead.
Champs like darius is nerfed due to how they enjoy having HP compared to AD.

Hey I was wondering if you think soraka top is viable or what matchups might be unplayable, I need a comfort secondary pick and this is my best by far

She does really well vs Jax Gwen for example which people always like to play, tank matchups are free farm into free proxy farm games. every other champ being squishier also helps her.
