Ashe support unironically got buffed xD its not the best but its a strong lane bully atleast, With comet scorch absolute focus W ad poke support item you can just keep poking and win almost every early lane atleast.

Locket nerf hurts melee supports the most ofc but some champs like locket senna , locket karma is nerfed a bit. you should still build this item tho in games where the AoE shield is better than other options.

Seraphine changes is the biggest support change this patch, except for adc changes. i think if you want to be greedy, sona is still very good option but seraphine has a stronger lane and better synergy with certain champs like MF. her tier should stay the same tho imo, this isnt anything crazy these changes.

I think renata is very strong vs melee supports and with things like caitlyn.S / S+ imo.

Think Rakan is worse than before, reason is that he is not very good vs the ADCs that gets played and he is not good with the adcs that are played ( Jinx Jhin Aph Vayne Ashe ) all prefer different support than rakan and he wants to scale, he still scales really well but he has no adcs that can afford to have a scaling support, rakan is really weird because he has to scale but is also a melee champ with only all in abilities ( like a taric but without tankiness and alot of healing)
When you play rakan vs Karma Ezreal, Thresh Jinx, Aphelios Thresh every game its hard to get away with scaling.
