Added 2022-03-10 17:31:46 +0000 UTCRyze changes is more of a nerf in pro play than soloq, this can make ryze carry more later, but still weaker early. For low elo soloq especially this is a buff, but in high elo and pro play its a nerf imo.
Lucian buffs is very good for solo lane , not just botlane, AD growth is great, his lane was already fine in mid, now he scales better. Up a tier.
Ahri changes makes her matchups vs like syndra type of champs a bit harder cus she needs to spam spells.
Yone Yasuo Ekko down a tier due to the buffs to certain champs that makes their lane very hard and their job to snowball harder, like Ahri Lucian for example
