Aphelios is already not very good for soloQ imo since his greatest strength is synergized early laning 2v2, similar to kalista which is why he sees play in pro play, where as in soloq people dont even play around his weapons properly. This change affects him in early 2v2 fights to the death like aph + thresh vs cait lux, or in soloq fist fights vs draven naut for example.

draven gets 2 ad for absolutely no reason, one thing to note is there will be more ashe which draven dont like.

Jinx mana cost on Q dont matter that much since its only spell she really uses, but the range change is pretty impactful, certain lanes where she needs to use more Q to farm like vs Draven ( Buffed ) and Tristana type of lanes this will hurt her quite a bit.

Lucian change better for solo lane imo.

Varus change pretty irrelevant imo cus Onhit varus is too situational, if its a good onhit varus game he is good.

Zeri is between S-A+ Tier

I still think Jinx Jhin should be at the top, even more so now for Jhin due to all these AD nerfs and jhin didnt get changed.

Not a fan of samira imo, but she is starting to become a real champ.
