Added 2020-06-28 22:32:29 +0000 UTCSyndra nerfs are quite big for botlane as her mana costs are quite high on Q now, until level 5 ( 3 points Q, then they are the same as before) therefore she goes down a rank, aswell because of Ezreal and Varus are in meta and they both have quite a lot of range to deal with syndra.
Ezreal s+ now, conq nerfs dont affect him too much he can also go lethal tempo and hes not need of having death dance. cheap build with manamune + iceborn / triforce allows him to be really strong early in the game and has a lot of safety to get you through some issues ADCs tend to have.
Varus is also in S+ but ezreal is better, if youre playing ezreal vs varus just get iceborn after manamune and he deals negative damage.
Lucian buffs are nice, bump a tier.
aphelios nerfs hurt him, not enough to bring him down a tier but for sure a bit weaker.
