Gnar buff is quite nice, but havent seen him in soloq yet so cant really tell how much impact it has but should be quite a nice buff.
Nunu top is rlly annoying to play vs, a lot of sustain and huge buffs to his AP ratios. Grasp protobelt is probably the build, go experiment idk.
Yorick added to the list, great splitpusher, good vs ornn and champions that gets fucked hard by his W ( vladimir )

Remember for toplane especially counter picks and matchups matters a lot, for example a champion like camille can go from a+ to s+ depending on the matchup.
