leblanc benefits alot from spellbook being nerfed as less summs = more kill potential and assassins in general benefit from this. also tf nerfs helps leblanc in that matchup a lot.
Fiddlesticks falling down a tier because of the nerf to his W on minions.
Irelia buffs helps her sidelaning later on by a lot.
ziggs falls down a tier, more assassins = less ziggs... :(

alot of range everywhere atm in the game and splitpushing is a bit weaker due to drakes being so important and the amount of hard engage. Champions like Syndra Orianna Cassio being good atm makes it hard for ryze to shine.
