Sett is okay, but the nerfs to nimbus cloak for sure hit him a bit.
Sejuani up a tier, alot of bruisers and melees being played atm (Akali etc)
Skarner up a tier.
Lee sin moved to otp tier, its hard to judge this champion, he can be s/s+ if ur faker on him, but also can be C tier if u suck.
