Irelia is starting to become a real threat, has some hard matchups like tryndamere but when pickable can be really strong, ivern buffs makes her even better too as they go well together.
Akali nerfs hurt.
Vayne top isnt on the list but she can be rlly good vs things like Ornn, Mordekaiser.
Minor buffs to Sylas and nerfs to lucian but these dont rlly matter.
Reminder that your skill on the champ will always make it go up or down in rating, like a riven otp will ofc make this champion go up in rating and matchups will swing this too.
