Also annie is good into some meta picks ( Lucian, Akali)
Lucian up a tier, he gives pretty much everything you want right now and hes the best ad mid by far, for sure underrated him.
Leblanc buffs are nice, i saw some people asking why i rate her so high and i think that her skill ceiling is so high that if you are a main leblanc you can create alot of chaos and she is very good in soloq because of the fact she can play both as a mage and as an assassin.
Nothing else really happend, karthus mid still sucks gg.

Because i feel like some champs dont make sense to be in the same tier, but they are different type of champs, let me know what you think.

electro taste eyeball ravhunter/relentless (probs relent even tho nerf) timewarp biscuit AS ap armor/mr you go AS cus insane range and you wanna auto space on this champ. You go biscuits cus i assume ur playing vs lucian etc, if u have easy lane you can do hexflash. Protobelt > spellbinder > rabadons imo.
