The girls have switched eye dilation from the first page. The blonde now has the small irises because she is surprised. The black haired girl now has the big irises because she is getting used to these feelings.
The green bile helps further imply they are inside the worm.
I left some sections non-x-rayed because when I drew it 100% x-rayed it just looked like normal yuri because the skin of the worm is so thin.
