Seeing the eggs pile up at the ear gives you an idea of the force. A finer detail is in the tentacle wrapped around her chest. The eggs there are slightly stretched. This gives us a sense that the eggs are squishy, so they can fit in holes that are smaller than them. Also it will be hard to grab, which will cause panic in such a situation.
