I haven’t done many (or maybe even none) ear squirts but I believe it is a very strong erotic image. Although they say technically the brain itself cannot feel pain, it is symbolically the most important part of the nervous system. So for a tentacle to go to the core instead of the furthest ends (like the fingers [although that can be nice too]), seems like the hardcore thing to do.
