Not sure why I like black haired anime girls with green/blue eyes, but I suspect it started with Yomiko Readman from R.O.D.
I added heavy shade to the eyeballs to make her look very relaxed. Usually I leave it out to make the girls look surprised. If you watch anime carefully, they almost always have shade on their eyeballs. Without it the character looks crazy and genuinely creepy.
