Lifesteal changes, thats it.

Only thing that matters this patch for ADCs is lifesteal changes, this means Vayne, Shieldbow champs, Botrk champions will suffer aswell.

This means Lethality Xayah, Mf Ezreal Varus type of champions gets buffed because poke matters more.

Fleet nerfs hurts jhin and some champs in some matchups like sometimes u want it on aphelios. mainly a jhin nerf.

I think overall adc meta has hurt jhin a little bit because the champions that does jhins job ( utility ) are good in general now, like MF can do jhins job, but better champ most games.

MF is a good answer to Jinx Xayah for example which is meta atm, so s+.

KogMaw up a tier considering you should play him AP ( Ludens Manamune )

Vayne down a tier, sustain changes hurts her, always champs that can bully her in botlane being played atm ( Lethality xayah, Mf, Ashe etc etc ) so hard to scale for free without situations like 2v2s or 3v3 ganks happening in bot where vayne is low and cant fight.
