good changes for wukong midlane but he is a pretty terrible midLANER, but he has a good kit for midlane.
Yasuo change matters more than yone change , being synced CD with your teammates ult knockup CDS is more important than yone change, the HP change is also nice.
Keep in mind those 2 champions also got nerfed because of lifesteal changes tho, if it was peak Shieldbow times these 2 champs would be S+, but they remain in S.
More yasuo will be played and people play alot of long range mages in mid atm which means anivia loses value, anivia does well vs Yone tho.
Next patch will be crazy for mid tho, alot of cool changes.
