Moonstone will still be bought on most champions but this change will make going shurelyas not AS bad. moonstone is still going to be better buy in most cases tho. Enchanters obviously weaker but some hit harder than others, in the end i think enchanters are still in same spot regardless of this nerf.
Ashe up a tier, umbralglaive good on her, very cheap cdr items for her and a strong bully laner.
Renata S+ vs melees Not so great vs range lanes.
