Kassadin remains a counterpick, not good enough buffs to pick him blindly unless OTP. If you are a good kassadin you will be very happy with these buffs tho.

Sylas same champ as last patch just a little bit better.

Tristana was on the edge of being S+ AD midlaner ,this buff is nice and welcome but other changes in this patch also helps her ( jump on this mid champs heads ( velkoz zoe etc )

Velkoz still remains a situational pick but his buffs is very nice and theres some good matchups in the meta for him like Veigar Viktor for example and he is good vs the topside champions people play like Sion Ornn Volibear etc, Up a tier.

Vladimir slowly but surely becoming a real champion, huge buffs honestly, helps alot in mage matchups too. This champion tanks alot of minion aggro pulling waves and with minion aggro from trades he will be able to tank alot more in lane.

Xerath buffs is nice but he is quite strong atm imo, good vs veigar viktor orianna vex all of these type of champions, cassiopeia anivia etc, first strike with treasure hunter + eyeball and u have full build at 18 minutes. Ludens rabadons horizon focus ggwp, S tier champ.

zoe already rated high enough, buffs dont do anything imo.

Stopwatch change hurts some champions like TF, Lissandra that could bait really well with this mechanic.

Ryze Rumble Malzahar down a tier, think matchups are not very good for these champions, ryze relies so hard on teammates in soloq, alot of long range mages now for malzahar to deal with.

Added karfus mid to the tierlist since people asked about it, its very hard to play well tho, S tier if u can play it good.
