Morde remains the same champion as always, good vs melee dive comps, terrible vs anything else, this passive doesnt change that and his lane remains useless vs range champs / even vs some melee champions so not worth to bump him up.

Poppy change similar to morde but champion is better than morde, she is still going to be picked in same spots, just even better when she is already good in the spots she is good in, so still S-A+ tier, not S+.

Sejuani change is honestly really big for toplane in my opinion, passive will be up for every trade. Up a tier.

Cho down a tier, should struggle vs the meta champs amount of range and mobility, but i think vs Sion etc he should still be fine.

Vladimir top better in the matchups he can live in ( tank matchups xD )

Added another tank category since some champs felt weird to have together with others.
