I play quite a bit of ezreal and i can feel the buff, makes ur waveclear in mid and lategame a bit faster which is nice, he is also a bit stronger now because of other adcs being nerfed, for sure not a bad champ, i just think he is a bit worser in soloq cus no cc and high dps potential compared to a hyper carry like Jinx, or a utlity champion like MF, but for sure not a bad champ.

Jhin S+ Again, the buff is great but also other changes in the meta helps him, other champions being nerfed like Jinx, Zeri, Xayah makes him stronger by default, but he is also good into alot of the meta Adcs like Miss Fortune, Try MAW on him in games where u need MR, really good on jhin.

Jinx gone from S+, Alot easier to abuse her now when she has lower mana on Q, less HP and more nerfs.

Lucian up a tier, S+ With nami but without he isnt S+, Barely S.

Kaisa still sucks

Draven down a tier, buffs to Jhin, MF being meta etc makes him have less good matchups, Very good draven angle if enemy bot picks things like Kaisa Lucian tho.

Swain seems fine in adc role

tristana change almost irrelevant for botlane, good for midlane tho

Syndra down a tier, good into kaisa type of bots but veigar just a better version by far

Velkoz buffs is very good, velkoz is a great mage bot, if ziggs didnt exist he would be s+.
