Amumu change doesnt do much, he needs to oneshot on the all in or he is fucked, durability change makes this harder, also the adcs he was very good with arent meta atm, like MF for example.

moving lulu down a tier as theres alot of enchanters that are good now that doesnt need specific adcs with them, lulu is conditionally god tier paired with certain champs like kindred, twitch, kog , vayne etc, but champs like sona seraphine can work with ezreal, missfortune etc no problem:

Blitzcrank change is nice, in general kill supports are not so great atm due to durability change, but slowly they will come back, blitz kit is still very good compared to alot of other engagers ( blitz doesnt need to commit to all in, where as rell for example its do or die. )

Heimer buff is very good..... FOR SUPPORT! Heimer support right now is not bad, but does best vs melee lanes and melee teamcomps, overall very fun but hard pick to play.

Lux down a tier, doesnt fit well with the champs played in botlane atm ( twitch jinx kog vayne etc ) Mainly good with ezreal caitlyn jhin type of champs.

I think riot is baited by jannas winrate which comes quite a bit from OTPs, in my opinion janna is not so good atm because she is very good at disengaging but people dont pick much engage atm, its mainly enchanters, and she gets outclassed by other enchanters.... down a tier.

soraka change is a nerf and a buff, depends on situation, not big enough to make her go down or up.

Yuumi is extremely strong in early lane right now with E lvl 1 and perma autoing, this is actually buffed this patch and only thing thats nerfed is her heal later, which is not a bad nerf but she isnt ruined or anything, since lane is still strong ( if a scaling champ has strong lane then it will be op XD ) So i think yuumi is still fine, a bit weaker overall but still a fine champ, especially in soloq where 1 guy is always fed.
