Caitlyn buffs are surprisingly big, usually they are very careful with how they buff this type of champion, obviously durability change hurt her but the way she was winning lanes wasnt rlly killing enemy it was more like slowly pushing plates etc, which ofc is harder when enemy is tankier aswell but this is a good buff, atleast for her scaling mainly.

Massive senna nerfs, especially if u consider that they slightly nerfed seraphine, and pretty massive nerf to tahm aswell, down a tier.

seraphine mainly nerfed paired with senna, alone she is still just as good ( still good with senna too )

zeri is a 1v9 pop off champion, so this nerf actually matters ( usually champs dont care about these nerfs cus they offer things ) but zeri can only deal damage, has no real cc, nothing to heal or shield teammates with, no zone control, so losing this R utility will hurt her carry potential, down a tier.
