Leona already quite high up on list, this buff doesnt make her S+
seraphine nerf matters more in support cus she wasnt as good as support compared to adc for example.
yuumi nerf is huge for high level of play for sure, since her level 1-3 is extremely strong if used well , but in soloq the champ will just be insane anyways cus it cant rlly die if played well, not down a tier.
I dont consider renata a good blidn cus of how bad she is vs certain range champs like soraka for example, she is highly rated since she is one of the only enchanter champs that is good vs melee all in champs.
