Olaf nerf hurts him alot in matchups he already struggled in ( shouldnt blind olaf lol ) range matchups will feel really really bad because more mana cost on Q so harder to spam q to farm with, less regen aswell. His melee matchups dont really change, if anything they are better now. I wont change his spot.
Renekton R is okay but doesnt really make him scale insane or anything so not sure what riot is trying to fix with this, up a tier tho cus i think nerfs to healing reduction also helped him alot and plays into making this change bigger too.

Sunderer is now worse at killing tanks and better overall, certain champs like sion should be happy about this, tanks in general ofc. the magic pen and armor pen damage nerf hurts some champs more than others like ezreal jax for example. Sunderer might be good on fiora now as it lets her stay alive probably better than gore tbh.
Gwen is little bit weaker, but much stronger later in game, also her kit in soloq is jsut disgusting because to deal with her immune ability your team needs to play properly, which isnt reliable.

strong laner, very good at using his lane strength and prio ( his roams are strong ) this is something alot of range tops are lacking, like Vayne Graves Kennen etc all can win lane but they dont do anything but akshan can perma push and roam, take camps, gank mid, go dragon etc very easily and quickly.

In general tank tops are quite bad, but some tanks has to be rated S and S+ etc otherwise its a list of just F tier. Shen is high because he is reliably useful
