Vex down a tier, she dont use any of the buffed items and it makes mages more tanky, hard for her to oneshot and carry as she used to, still S+ vs melee champs.
Sylas down a tier, theres less good ults available right now in mid meta, ryze is also meta so is kassadin.
Taliyah up a tier, seraph buffs nice for her
Syndra down a tier, mages more tanky, less oneshots, not the best seraph champ imo ( alrdy weak early, buying tear feels shit and seraph vs shadowflame/horizon focus/ rabadons on her isnt so good i think.
Veigar down a tier, just bad atm, too many tanks, kassadin is meta, zed is strong etc. his items are bad and predator sucks
LB down a tier, mages tankier, carry junglers picked less imo , especially the ones she does well with like reksai lee sin. usually jungler is picking Maokai Zac etc alot atm, generally people are very tanky too.
Ekko down tier, same as LB, still ok pick vs syndra ( fizz kassa good too )
TF up a tier.
