Ori is quite a bit better but i dont think that type of mage is good in soloq.
Ryze nerfs are quite big compared to kassa, 4 less MR on a champ that wants to push lane and roam is a lot, matchups like Azir will be alot harder, syndra will have more lethal windows on ganks. down a tier.
Sylas down a tier, the healcut changes is rlly bad for him, and he was alrdy not so good imo.
Anivia is really strong right now imo, and also with heimer etc in bot being nerfed ppl will play more Draven Samira type of champs which anivia is good vs, her items are op too, RoA Seraph.
