Added 2023-02-01 01:08:31 +0000 UTCHeimer is still strong, especially vs melee comps/supports but his worser matchups are now harder because turrets squishier, stuff like ashe support, caitlyn jhin etc is quite a bit harder, so down a tier.
Nami down a tier, the whole purpose of nami is to snowball lane and midgame when you get mandate, especially with lucian you want to snowball on mandate, but laning is harder now. Luc nami still a good duo, but things like nami brand etc just deals quite a bit less now
yuumi down a tier rip :D
Nothing else to say about this one, some champs like soraka and stuff is worse cus of healcut changes.
