Jayce buffed due to eclipse change and healcut being buffed ( he is weaker vs healers and shield champs ) Also all the items being nerfed doesnt rlly hurt him, he built none of them.
Jax moved up from counter list to just generally a good pick
Riven down a tier, they removed alot of CDR from items like goredrinker, maw for example,Deathdance. not so good for her.
Cleaver is an amazing item right now, Illaoi Aatrox etc can rush this item.
Aatrox down a tier, buff to healcuts and nerfs to CDR items hurt him. CDR on eclipse is not so bad, but also a nerf cus removal of omnivamp
Vlad down a tier, not alot of good matchups atm, and healcut buffs
Trundle down a tier, his previous nerfs for jungle hurts him and not so many ppl picking tanks anymore. Great pick vs tank tops tho, but so is fiora gwen.
Kled up a tier, S to s+ some games. Good with new hydra changes and cleaver buffs.
zac up a tier, didnt move him up before xD
