Lillia buff is nice but shes kinda whatever i feel like atm, the nerfs to her op build before like demonic jaksho just hurt her.
Maokai worse, but still strong.
udyr nerf is nothing
Rengar down a tier, alot of his meta matchups are bad like udyr maokai. Fine into Elise.
Belveth down a tier, bad item changes for her ( big death dance abuser )
Graves up a tier, think the removal of CDR on items is good for him, he wants more AD and HP, goredrinker new mythic passive is great for him, more AD on maw etc is great for him.
amumu up a tier, good items.
green = easy | blue = medium | red = hard | yellow = blindpickable
